A location with high crime rates, devoid of amenities, will never be the right choice even if the property costs really less there. Complications will arise if you plan to live in such an area, and also, the issue will be faced while selling the property as well. If the buyers get to know about the problem with the location, they will never agree to invest their money and buy it.
3.      Hidden structural defects.
This is an uncommon issue that is mostly ignored by everyone. The structural defects are not generally visible, and you have to take help from architects to know in detail about them. Nobody wants to invest money into something will is not even that great in terms of foundation; you definitely do not want to see cracks happening on the walls a few years after investing money. This is also going to be a massive issue if you plan to sell your property later. Nobody will be willing to invest their money into something that does not have a strong foundation.
